Mind produces thousands of thoughts a day. Amount can be
depending on the person and also the inputs they get. Basic Inputs are taking
from faculties of sense (Senses from body) and also Mind(From past incidents).
Most of the time new thoughts are generated based on
previously generated thoughts.
Simply it can be linked with each other and also it can be a
Random. Also it can be repeating same thought again and again.
When the numbers of thoughts are getting increased you will
feel its bit uncomfortable or stressful.
When it is getting lower you will feel it’s calm, quiet, relaxed and Peaceful..
